Durante la semana del 14 al 22 de mayo, Mrs. Deisy Nieto, Directora Corporativa de la Unidad de Proyección Profesional, tuvo la oportunidad de compartir en Londres con 60 representantes de universidades internacionales de Reino Unido, Irlanda, China, Francia, Portugal, Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Holanda y Estados Unidos. Este evento fue dirigido y organizado por Business Management International (BMI) y Times Higher Education (THE), quienes brindaron la oportunidad a 90 college counselors del mundo, de asistir y de capacitarse para ser certificados con el título de “College Accreditation Programme 2023-2024”.
A su vez, Mrs. Deisy Nieto tuvo la posibilidad de visitar tres universidades de gran prestigio en Londres: University College of London (UCL), The London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) y el King’s College London. Adicionalmente, se contó con el honor de conocer las instalaciones de TIO Business School en Amsterdam.
Estos encuentros siempre serán enriquecedores ya que nos permiten, como Unidad, estar actualizados y a la vanguardia con relación a los procesos de admisión de las universidades a nivel mundial,y a su vez, poder responder a las expectativas y necesidades de nuestros estudiantes.
Recuerden que desde la Unidad de Proyección Profesional estamos interesados en apoyar a sus hijos, no solo en el proceso de elección de carrera, sino también de universidad.

Within the week of the 14th to the 22 of May, The Head of the Career and University Counseling Mrs Deisy Nieto Martínez, had the opportunity to share with 60 delegates of international universities from: The United Kingdom, The United States of America, Ireland, China, France, Portugal, United Arab Emirates and The Netherlands. The event was organized by Business Management International (BMI) and Times Higher Education (THE), who provided the opportunity for 90 college counselors from around the world to be certified with the «College Accreditation Programme 2023-2024».
Moreover, Mrs Deisy Nieto Martínez also got to visit three prestigious universities in London: University College of London (UCL), The London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) and King’s College London. She also had the honour of visiting the premises of TIO Business School in Amsterdam.
These events will always enrich us as a Department since they allow us to be up to date regarding the admissions processes of universities worldwide, but also to be able to respond to the needs and hopes of our students.
